The Board of Trustees of the Charles H. Wright Museum of African American History

The primary function of the Board of Trustees is to secure the museum’s financial sustainability by raising critically needed funds for its operating support and ongoing maintenance of its iconic facility. Additionally, Board members provide fiduciary and programmatic oversight of the organization’s CEO and staff through an annual evaluation process. The deadline for submitting your application is September 11, 2023, at 5 pm EST. No individuals are considered for board service without first applying. Applications received after September 11, 2023, will be considered for service in the following year.
