James Baldwin's works and words continue to resonate, inspiring and challenging us to confront the truths of our society. In the spirit of Baldwin's legacy, we invite you to be part of "Frontline Prophet," an exhibition showcasing the powerful art of Sabrina Nelson alongside the evocative words of Detroit writers. This event lets you light up the night and spark inspiration with your creative voice. Share your original poems, short stories, or works that reflect your unique perspective. You'll have two minutes to bring your words to life and represent your craft.
To participate, all submissions must be in by Friday, November 8th at noon. Please include your name, headshot, social media handle and a sample of your work, whether written or video submission.
