Discover the exciting world of environmental and other water-related careers at the Detroit River Career Expo! Hear from experts in a wide variety of environmental and other water-related fields on how to build a successful and rewarding career. Whether you're interested in science, policy, cutting edge research from university faculty, or hands-on maritime fieldwork, this expo will provide valuable insights into career pathways that make a difference.

What to Expect:
  • Career Expo & Career Pathways – Learn about educational and career pathways at 26 informational and recruitment tables. Come say hi to The Wright Museum!
  • Tours and Interactive Activities – Tour a working vessel and hear from their crews
  • Lunch provided for registered youth participants who are 15 – 25 years old & interested in environmental and water related careers.

Whether you're exploring career options or ready to take the next step, this event will equip you with knowledge, connections, and resources to launch your journey in environmental work.

Join four of the Detroit River's preeminent Storykeepers for interactive presentations on local communities’ relationships, past, present, and future, with our region's defining waterway.
