ASALH History Lesson

"Awakenings" of Eyes on the Prize

If you are interested in and passionate about Black History, the Association for the Study of African American Life and History (ASALH) Detroit Branch's history lesson is for you! This month features a special viewing of the first episode of the award winning series, Eyes on the Prize, "Awakenings." 

General ASALH Detroit meetings take place on the second Sunday of every month at 3 pm and the history lesson immediately follows the monthly meeting (at 4 pm)
