30 Days To Lose It! Season 9

30 Days To Lose It!the weekly workout program for women at the Charles H. Museum, is entering Season 9. The program, sponsored by Ascension Michigan and Beaumont Health System, begins on Oct. 2, 2018 and runs through June 25, 2019.  These weekly one-hour workouts are held at the museum on Tuesday evenings, from 7:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

 

OCTOBER 2018 – Set It Off’!

NOVEMBER/DECEMBER 2018 – Endurance!

7:30 P.M. Weekly Workout:  Strengthen & Stretch (Daphne Lee, LA Fitness)

Total Body HIIT [High Intensity Interval Training]  on Jan. 29 (Lisa A. Smith, The Black Health Academy)

Featuring free health screenings Jan. 9, starting at 6:00 pm
