Bring the whole family to Rejoice, Relive & Reconnect at The Wright Museum with free admission every second Sunday of the month courtesy of Charter One Bank!  This month, join the Women's Committee of the Charles H. Wright Museum of African American History and AARP in celebrating the 5th annual Grandparents Day on the 10th anniversary of 9/11. In addition to encouraging healthy living for our Grands and their grandchildren with the theme, "Let's Move," this day will also honor our veterans, first responders and all who've answered the call of civic duty.  Enjoy inter-generational activities including guided tours, African games and crafts, knitting, quilting, exercise workshops, magic shows, face painting, and learn about vital legislation affecting grandparents.

Light dinner and refreshments will be served while quantities last.  Presented by the Women’s Committee of the Charles H. Wright Museum of African American History with Sustaining Partner AARP

This fun-filled day is FREE and open to the public.  For more information please call (313) 494-5800.
