Deportation: Then & Now Panel Discussion

"Deportation: Then & Now" is an urgent and timely panel discussion including a comparison of the Repatriation Movement of the 1930's to DACA and current criminal immigration policy featuring a keynote by Francisco Balderrama, Ph.D., Professor Emeritus, California State University, Los Angeles. Panelists will include Elena Herrada, Beatriz Vargas-Garcia, Julio Guerrero, and Laura Martinez with an introduction by Jose Gomez.

Deportation is a relevant issue that disrupts lives, families, and communities. Professor Francisco Balderrama hosts this panel discussion on what has changed, and perhaps more importantly, what has not, in regards to deportation.
