Celebrate the legacy of one of the greatest attorneys in Detroit, Kenneth Cockerel, Sr., who notably challenged the racial and economic status quo and police brutality against African Americans. He served as a city council member and was heavily involved in many organizations for the betterment of the lives of blacks in Detroit.
